Have you ever wanted the ability to access your higher self for your growth? In this course, you will learn easy and safe ways to access information from your higher self. You do not have to be born with a gift or have special talents in order to access this extraordinary information. In fact, this information is accessible to everyone willing to put the time in for dedicated practice.
In this class we will learn about the type of guidance that is accessible to all of us, how to overcome your own internal resistance and doubts, what types of information to focus on, and the various ways that you might feel or experience information coming to you.
Above all else, this class is meant to be experiential. Without establishing a practice, you will always be on the outside looking in! We will begin with deep meditation and guided imagery to move away from the judging and analyzing part of our brain and into the present moment. On Day 1, you will be working individually and writing the information that you are able to access. Day 2 will have you working in pairs with another student and will take turns assisting and being assisted through your information gathering.
I get it. Sharing written guidance with the group sets off a few vulnerability alarms. And as for working with another, that whole ‘out-loud’ business seems a bit scary. Rest assured, we will be working with accessing our higher self’s guidance only, which does not include advice-giving. We are just exploring and not required to act on the information received. I am limiting the size of this class so we can all get to know one another and share comfortably and confidentially. I know you will find that your highest wisdom is full of compassion and comes with no judgement, and it is from this space that the class will operate as well.
While anyone can learn to do this, there are a few prerequisites that are important. First, you should find it comfortable to sit still and focus intently for at least 15 minutes. Those who practice some form of meditation or prayer on an ongoing basis will already have this skill, though mediation experience is not absolutely necessary. Second, you need an open mind, unattached to the form in which you receive information. Curiosity and a willingness to explore and play with whatever you receive is important.
Finally, it is best to learn these techniques when you are settled, relaxed, and open. Attachment to a specific process or result often leads to poor outcomes. For this reason, it is important to practice these techniques at a time when your outer life is stable and there is no urgency and attachment to your experience.
