Do you want the continuity and feedback a company-dedicated coach can provide you, but you’re not big enough to have an in-house coach?

You have options: 

• Dedicated one-on-one coaching: Ad-hoc coaching arranged at the time of need identification

• Embedded coaching: purchase a monthly block of time or weekly ‘on-call’ hours (via Zoom or in your offices) to be used directly by employees as needed.

With both options, you will receive a monthly report summarizing which employees used the services, their goals, and progress made toward those goals.
