Who am I?

For over a decade I have helped people live happier and more fulfilled lives, find their passion, level-up in their skills, and find success.

I am a psychologist with a coaching background, working both in private practice and embedded in organizations. I have an enormous tool-box from which I can draw to help you. I hold a PhD in Psychology, I have a Master of Business Administration degree, a Coaching Certification, and a Master Hypnotherapist Certification.

I have worked for many years in the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, consulting for Fortune 500 companies and building businesses from scratch that continue to be successful today. That’s my resume, but that’s just scratching the surface.

Why I REALLY do what I do:

About 15 years ago, I became suddenly very ill and fell out of the stream of life for about six months. As I struggled with life, unable to even do basic tasks, I had the opportunity to reassess how I spent my time. Was I was making the most out of the life that I had been given?

As I healed, I realized the answer to that question was a resounding “NO”. Much of my life had been dedicated to keeping myself comfortable, and living in fear of loss. I decided my talent and skill would be better put to use to help people break out of their own fears and live a full and passionate life. I became a Certified Coach, and a doctor of Psychology. I volunteered for hospice to sit with those who were dying to remind myself of what these people knew. They understood that life included work, but a full life was about so much more than that. The most precious things are less tangible, like community, family, and love.

So I understand fear. I understand anxiety, depression, and poor health. I also understand implicitly that each of us has been given gifts to share with the world. Not using these gifts is a waste, as it does not allow others to benefit from everything we can give. Life is short, and so much of our lives are spent making a living. It is our responsibility to make those hours count. Indeed, we need to make all hours count so we can create a life worth living and a legacy for the world.

This is my philosophy, and why I do what I do. It matters; you matter.
